Leading to Achieve! Your Pathway to High Reliability Organizational Maturity:The C-Suite faces many competing pressures each day – often requiring you to do more with less.  With these challenges, it is easy to lose focus on your most important priority – providing the safest, highest quality of care to your patients.  This 1-day leadership workshop for up to forty (40) executive leaders, uses interactive tabletop activities and group exercises to give leaders the edge in translating HRO principles to healthcare, shaping the vision toward high reliability, understanding the impact of organizational culture on their HRO journey, and applying proven change management tools and techniques to drive successful change and transformation to advance their organization’s unique high reliability journey.  Leaders walk away with practical tools to apply on their HRO journey.

Specific objectives of this workshop include the following:

• Grounding education in the principles of high reliability and the Joint Commission enterprise’s High Reliability Health Care Maturity Model.
• Identify areas of change healthcare leaders must undertake to mature toward high reliability. 
• Explore the unique impact of their organization’s culture on their high reliability journey and zero harm goal.
• Learn and apply practical change management tools to lead, drive, and facilitate change toward HRO maturity.
