The Advanced Practices in Quality Management and Patient Safety is a training program to develop skills and competencies for the health care quality professional. The curriculum is built on evidence-based standards and leading practices in quality, safety, and improvement. The program is designed and delivered by Joint Commission International expert faculty who have decades of clinical, leadership, and management experience. This internationally recognized course has been delivered to over 3,300 participants from more than 40 countries.

After completing this course, participants will gain knowledge consistent with professional certifications in health care quality, patient safety, and performance improvement. This will be delivered virtually through a robust learning management system, with content that supports the learner through:

All Joint Commission Resources products require pre-payment. For your convenience, if you do not have a credit card available, we offer a sales quote/proforma invoice option to assist with initiating your payment. Payments submitted by check take up to 14 days to process. If you are registering for a program less than 14 days away, your registration may not be received in time and your seat may not be reserved. You will not have access to electronic program materials until your payment has been received. We strongly recommend credit card payments for any events less than 14 days away.
