Access to the JCI Navigator includes:

  • EVALUATE assessment and a detailed report:
    • Online self-assessment to measure quality and patient safety on an organizational level
    • EVALUATE framework is based on JCI Accreditation Standards for Hospitals, 7th Edition, consisting of 10 hospital functions and 67 topics
    • A comprehensive report detailing the organization’s readiness to consider international accreditation, top risks, and detailed improvement recommendations aligned to EDUCATE resources
  • EDUCATE (12-month access):
    • Access to JCI online library of actionable resources for up to 20 users
  • ENGAGE (12 hours):
    • Remote support from a JCI consultant, to be used in increments and in accordance with a timeline established by the organization.

Payment Options

All Joint Commission International products require pre-payment. For your convenience, if you do not have a credit card available, we offer a sales quote/proforma invoice option to assist with initiating your payment. Payments submitted by check take up to 14 days to process. If you are registering for a program less than 14 days away, your registration may not be received in time and your seat may not be reserved. You will not have access to electronic program materials until your payment has been received. We strongly recommend credit card payments for any events less than 14 days away.
