The Joint Commission International PCI Chapter Workshop: Navigating Key Concepts is designed to help infection preventionists and hospital staff understand how to implement JCI's key concepts in a way that will improve patient outcomes.

This workshop will help you better understand the key concepts and terminology related to infection prevention and control in healthcare. This knowledge will help you develop your own training materials, conduct your own assessments and inspections, participate in interviews and focus groups related to infection prevention, drive performance improvement using JCI indicators of quality for infection prevention, lead programs for patients at risk for infections, empower employees to be champions of infection control.
