This is a LIVE virtual workshop – attend from the comfort of your own home or office. The workshop will take place on the JCR learning management system (LMS).

This 8-hour workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and methods to define, collect, analyze and report data for performance improvement in health care. Taught by trained experts in quality improvement, patient safety and accreditation from Joint Commission International (JCI). The workshop offers interactive presentations, using case studies and team-based activities to share information and develop the competencies needed to conduct an effective quality improvement project including: data collection, data analysis and data visualization.

This workshop will be delivered virtually through a robust learning management system, with content that supports the learner through:

  • Self-paced leaning materials
  • Knowledge checks
  • Certificate of Achievement for participants who successfully complete the program requirements

All Joint Commission Resources products require pre-payment. For your convenience, if you do not have a credit card available, we offer a sales quote/proforma invoice option to assist with initiating your payment. Payments submitted by check take up to 14 days to process. If you are registering for a program less than 14 days away, your registration may not be received in time and your seat may not be reserved.
