Overview
This 8-hour workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and strategies to establish a standardized approach to managing patient safety events, including sentinel events. Taught by trained experts in quality, safety, and accreditation from Joint Commission International (JCI), the workshop offers interactive presentations using case studies and team-based activities to share information and develop the competencies needed for conducting a root cause analysis (RCA).
